Vehicle Service Contracts

Since 1990, EFG's Motorist Assistance Plan (MAP) has been insured by American Security Insurance Company (A+ rated by A.M. Best), part of the Assurant Group. Assurant is a member of Fortis Insurance Group, a worldwide financial services organization with over $400 billion in assets and more than 170 years of experience.

Credit Life & Disability Insurance

Since 1977 EFG Companies has been on the forefront of automotive credit insurance and is currently licensed in 44 states. EFG's credit insurance is written through EFG's life company, Enterprise Life Insurance Company (B+ Rated by A.M. Best) and Union Security Life Insurance Company, a member of the Assurant Group (A Rated by A.M. Best). As a provider of credit insurance, underwriting and administration, EFG Companies offers its dealer clients and general agents credit insurance underwriting participation through several investment programs. EFG's credit claims examiners have over 45 years combined experience in claims administration. In addition, all credit insurance certificates and forms produced at the dealer level are managed at EFG's corporate office in Irving, Texas, and all claims checks are issued directly from the corporate office.

Asset Protection (GAP)

Protect the vehicle investment -- not just its value -- with EFG's asset protection (GAP), a product that covers the "gap" between the vehicle's value and the amount owed. EFG's GAP product provides protection to the customer on both new and used vehicles, pays up to $1,000 of the customer's insurance deductible if the vehicle is recovered, and pays up to 150% of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price on New and up to 150% of the average retail book value for Used in the event of a Total Loss or Un-recovered Theft. All business is underwritten by AEGON (A rated by the A.M. Best Company) and administered by EFG Companies.

Paintless Dent Repair

EFG's latest offering, Dent Zone®, is a unique Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) protection package available through authorized dealers. Dent Zone® provides three (3) years of coverage against minor door dings that are repairable by use of Paintless Dent Repair techniques. Dent Zone International has developed a nationwide network of fulfillment technicians that specialize in this repair.

Anti-Theft Deterrent

THEFT-GARD, EFG's anti-theft etch product, delivers various levels of protection based on the needs of the dealer client and customer. The most popular program is a $3,000 benefit that includes car rental, trip interruption, towing, storage, and homeowner's/comprehensive deductible benefits, where applicable, if the vehicle is stolen and not recovered within 30 days. Benefits include up to $500 off the customer's insurance deductible if the vehicle is recovered. All business is underwritten by Guaranty National Insurance Company (A Rated by A.M. Best) and administered by EFG Companies.

Tire & Wheel

EFG Companies has developed a windshield repair/tire & wheel product, Ultimate Road Protection (URP), that provides reimbursement coverage for repair of windshield chips and cracks (up to 6 inches) as well as coverage for tire and/or wheel replacement when damaged by a Road Hazard. This product can be offered for either three (3) or five (5) years and can be sold separately or in a package. All business is processed directly through EFG Companies.

Sealants

EFG's sealant program, Signature Finish, provides protection against damage on exterior paint, leather, and cloth interiors. The coverage period offers five (5) years on new vehicles and three (3) years on used vehicles. All chemical products are provided to the dealer free of charge, excluding shipping costs. All business is processed directly through EFG Companies.
