Generating Leads and Appointments:

When someone visits ispotdeals.com website, ABDS provides product and dealer information in their area and will offer a discount coupon as an incentive to visit the that dealer. (See sample certificate) The coupons offer customers a discount off any New or Used vehicle, in return for providing their contact information and ultimately making a purchase from the dealer.  We will also double the incentive if they set a confirmed appointment time to test drive a vehicle and ultimately make a purchase

When a customer enters ispotdeals.com they will enter their contact information, the user is asked to select the year, make, model, and options on the vehicle that they are interested in.  An Auto Responder will provide the dealer information in their area along with an offer for a discount coupon if they make a purchase at that dealer. On the last page of the coupon, the user is notified that they can either receive the standard discount amount of say, $150.00 when making a purchase, or they can Double Their Discount to $300.00, by scheduling an appointment to do a test drive using the form on the coupon and then ultimately making a purchase.

We also provide the coupons to dealers who use our vehicle presentation program. This combination has proven to be extremely effective in driving potential buyers directly to your dealership.

Converting Leads to Car Deals.

Upon completing the coupon process our system will send out a detailed e-brochure to the customer via email. 

 The e-brochures will include:

a. Information about your dealership
b. Links for Hours/Directions, How to Get Pre-approved, Schedule a Test   
    Drive, and Answers to Frequently Asked Questions regarding the internet 
    car buying process.
c. Detailed Vehicle Information
d. Salesperson contact (optional)

Customers that set an appointment will also receive an appointment confirmation by email. 

Five days after the initial contact each customer will receive an email survey. This survey is used to uncover the customers possible buying objections.

If the customer purchased a vehicle we will email them a thank you letter and a survey form to find out more about their buying experience. This can help in improving CSI scores.
